In this session, teachers will spend time learning 3 social and emotional wellness practices to integrate into their daily lives as well as into their classrooms. Teacher wellness is so important before you can share fully with your students and be present for all of their needs. You will have an opportunity to learn mindful movements that can be done at the desk, mindful breathing exercises creating more self awareness and a short introduction to meditation.
